Perfect! a very easy and professional service, I received exactly what I ordered.

Quality： Great laminator, much beefier and robust than we initially thought - It's less than half the price of buying a name brand... but it has all the bells and whistles of the name brand.  We can laminate a full roll in under 10 mins from loading, to unloading... Much faster than our current laminator, and it tracks really straight.  Delivery： Quick shipment! We had a port strike right when it shipped...so it delayed it a little bit, but thats not the sellers fault, just luck of the draw.  It was packaged nicelly!  Service： Very simple setup, but the seller has been prompt with the few questions we did have. So far we've laminated about 240 rolls of magnetic though it.... Our last laminator struggled with the weight (120ish lbs laminated), and it didnt track straight... took 15 mins of setup and 11 mins of laminating... this one is about 8 minutes setup / laminate, so less than 25% of the time, and it does a great job with no tracking issues.
